At all times and places spectators and volunteers must refrain from taking photos if requested by tournament staff, volunteers, security, personnel, players or player representatives

You will then be transported to the main event entrance by shuttles running every 30min(may be slower during busy times) to and from the parking lot.

Volunteers NOT a part of the LPGA Testing Pool
These volunteers will have their temperatures checked each day before entering the event grounds. Along with your credential, you will be given a wristband identifying that your temperature was taken and came in under CDC guidelines.
Volunteers part of the Testing Pool
Testing will take place at Wilshire Country Club Grill Room.
After testing negative, these volunteers will receive their temperature screening from the LPGA at the Wilshire Front Entrance (circle driveway)
**Volunteers apart of the testing pool have all been emailed with further instructions. If you believe you are apart of this group and did not receive an email, please send me an email at email@example.com.
1. Survey the scene (check for potential danger).
2. DO NOT move the person. Make the person as comfortable as possible without moving him/her.
3. Contact the nearest marshal or Tournament official with a radio so he/she can notify First Aid. Give the exact location of the emergency (e.g. player's left on the 18th green).
4. Stay at the scene until the emergency personnel arrive.
5. Provide background of medical problem or emergency if possible.

Hours: M/T: 9am - 5pm
Wed - Sun: 7am - 6pm
In the event of severe weather, the following procedures will be implemented to evacuate volunteers from the course:
